Quiet complex Been a tenant for about 6 months now. The complex is very good. Dog park was recently added and definitely a plus. The maintenance people are great, one even lives on site which is also a plus. Views of the launches from Cape Canaveral are awesome! They are adding a fitness room from what I understand and that will be a perfect addition.
Manatee landings I’ve been with manatee landings for over 4 years now. I love it here very quite beautiful surroundings and a nice place to live. I love my apartment, it’s very roomie and nice . If you had any problems the beautiful ladies in the office will do their best to make sure you are taking care of. They are sweethearts. They understand you and make things work out for the best. Bad management practices I enjoyed the clean newly remodeled apartment but they did a bad job at keeping the outside of the building clean. They also charged me when I did not renew my lease with bogus charges even though rent was paid in full, I left a clean apartment 3 weeks early and I gave proper notification and was in constant contact with them! BEWARE!
