I find it very unprofessional of the hours your company has. I made an appointment for a haircut on Sunday Aug 6, 2023 for 9:30am. Appointment was made thru your very own website. I waited till 9:58am and not one single person showed up to the location. If your company is closed on certain days then we as customers should not be allowed to make appointments online and be required to have card info for Incase we don't show up.
