This place is a nightmare. I had gone there to guest dose for 2 years and received my take home doses exactly how I get them at home. So I planned to go there again this year. When I got there, they CLAIMED they never got my paperwork, made me wait forever and finally I called my home clinic myself and had them resend it. They took my medicare card for 2 weeks of meds.
