The facility is clean! The staff and members are nice! I have only experienced 1 Karen, unfortunately they are everywhere 😂. The water Zumba class is fun and gets the heart pumping!!! Overall I would say join this family friendly gym!!!
As a full time traveler crisscrossing the country for the last year I’ve been to more than a dozen YMCAs. This was the first YMCA that I’ve found that doesn’t allow a day pass. I couldn’t believe it.
Very poor performance when it comes to all prorgrams. On several occassions, within the last year, I have signed myself and my children up for various sport activities & programs, and paid money! Only to be informed AFTER THE FACT: "Due to low enrollment/low registration, we will not be offering this program." 3 Times this has happened: with myself for Women on Weights program, my children with swim lessons in August of this year and now soccer, September 2025. Excellent service. I need a family membership. I walked in and all the CDC guideline are followed step by step. Whaooo. I love it. Give so much confidence for me and my family. Staff name Vanessa did an AWESOME job. Explained everything step by step and took her time in every detail of the YMCA membership, I'm very satisfied and this place is so clean, and organized. Thank you. Mrs Vanessa and staff.
So far I have enjoyed how clean and functional the Manchester YMCA has been for me. They have classes to register for online and the equipment works and I love the spin bikes!! The best time to have the gym to myself is early morning at 0800-1000
