Nervous to post publicly for fear of retaliation. Recently we went 2.5 weeks without a working shower . It’s a basic right of a tenant to have working plumbing. I am patient and understanding but .. The photos are current- of the ceiling and walls that were opened for maintenance on pipes . In January. Wondering why the Ann Arbor Inspectors were concerned but no change … $
I'd like to compliment Sarah Wullner on a job well done! I've known Sarah for about 6 months and she's done a fantastic job being our property manager at Manchester Flats. Loved the entire move-in experience. Sarah is a great leasing agent who has made this entire move-in quite helpful and easy with comfortable paperwork and great communication. When I arrived in the apartment, there were some very little issues such like every other place, but the two amazing men from the maintenance team were super helpful and accommodating. The area is very nice, close to several food places, and has a lovely community around.
My friend lives here. Loved the place and the vibe. The neighborhood was awesome with literally everything in a 5 min walk distance. Also, there are bus stops literally outside the house. Great place to live in.
**There is one washing machine+1 dryer per building which is shared with 10 other apartments. They are broken every other week, washing machines stop working mid-cycle and all the dirty water gets stuck which creates a horrible smell and makes you wonder how safe it is to wash your clothes in that. They refuse to do anything about it. I've had to take my laundry to a laundromat which I don't think is acceptable when you pay $1200 a month to live here.
