I appreciate that Mandy remembers me. She is very intelligent. She breaks down the information to make sure I understand. She is a wonderful asset to this practice. Always a pleasure.
This was my first visit to this practice. While the office staff was helpful and friendly, the layout was confusing. Once I was in the exam room, Mandy Black seemed to be rushed, annoyed and unhelpful. She didn’t seem to want to converse with me, ask any questions or offer helpful advice. She was terse. She barely made eye contact. The whole experience was very off putting. This practice had been recommended by another doctor and I had high hopes for a positive experience. Hopefully things will improve in the future.
Dr Mandy black is amazing, very knowledgeable when it comes to the endocrine system. Also she’s not afraid to tell you like it is. Which is great bc when it comes to health shouldn’t sugar coat what needs to be said.
Mandy is very easy to deal with Always has time to explain details of your tests. Very nice person, great sense of humor.
Mandy is very relatable to me since she is a fellow diabetic..she understands what her patients are experiencing and the hurdles they must overcome. I couldn't have asked for a better care giver!!
