The staff at Manhattan Oral Surgery and implant center were very professional. Everything was explained in detail and my questions were answered before proceeding with my procedure. They checked in on me the next day and returned my call promptly when I had post surgical questions. Tha k you!!
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed recently. Everyone was kind, attentive and compassionate throughout the entire process. They addressed her worries and helped her understand more of the process. They followed up with a call to check on her recovery.
The clinic was quick to response and while there they made sure to answer all questions. Not really a negative for me but if you come here make sure you have time and not in a rush or have other things to do. We were there for about 3 hours which was not bad for us. Daughter recovery is going well and we left there knowing what to do and look out for. Thank you all!!!!
Today, I underwent wisdom tooth extraction and informed the staff beforehand that I wanted to keep my extracted teeth. I was assured this would be honored. However, my request was completely disregarded, and the teeth were thrown away without any effort to assist me. What is even more alarming is that I was told extracted teeth are sometimes given to a third party for profit. I had called here in hopes they could get me in fairly quickly to get one of my wisdom teeth out as it was causing me a lot of pain and making it difficult to open my mouth fully leaving me with trouble eating. They were aware of my concerns and said they would call me back after the weekend when they were able to speak to the Dr. I didn't hear from them so I gave them a call and they said the Doctor was still out and they would reach out to me when they got in touch with him.
