Horrible experience with this new manager. When Jason Case was manager, he went out of his way to ensure that residents felt safe, heard, and treated with dignity and respect. He was the BEST! Very kind, sweet, and professional. This new manager took over and everything changed drastically in a horrific way. We were so glad to move out! Especially because there were roaches in the unit and there was never anyone in the office. Great people here, the process was smooth, but it could have been smoother. We did a tour before deciding on the Manor, however during the tour it felt a bit unprepared. Management are doing renovations to several units, we unfortunately didn't get the layout we wanted, but the one we got is still very good. Kaylynn is the manager of these lovely updated apts. She did a great job and was very patient helping us get to where we need to be. Our apartment is beautiful, spacious and well maintained.

We toured Manor at Med City Apartments while looking for an apartment for my daughter. We ended up going another direction for her housing needs due to the smallest unit available was a two bedroom and she only needed a one bedroom however we thought the property manager, Jason, was awesome! I read the reviews prior to our tour and thought that the reviewers must have had an incentive to rave like they did about Jason. KayLynn is great! She worked extra hard to help my husband and I grab an updated apartment, and she is always pleasant to talk with. As for the apartment itself, I live on the second floor in a 2br1ba, and the floors and walls are solid, so sounds from neighbors beside and above me are non-existent or minimal. The hallway is just tile, not carpet, so you do hear people in the hallway quite harshly but my husband and I put a little fabric stopper under our front door and we hardly hear anything from the hallway anymore.
