We toured Manor at Med City Apartments while looking for an apartment for my daughter. We ended up going another direction for her housing needs due to the smallest unit available was a two bedroom and she only needed a one bedroom however we thought the property manager, Jason, was awesome! My family moved in a year ago, and from the very start, Jason has gone above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcome, secure, and appreciated. He can always be found around the property, maintaining it beautifully while expertly managing administrative duties in the office. The best experience I’ve had when searching for a new place to call home, from reaching out for availability to getting a personalized tour/viewing of their spacious, updated and well maintained units! Jason Case the property manager really knows how to provide top notch service, making the entire process smooth and simple. He is prompt and very very helpful!
Jason Case is awesome and caring, just when we were giving up on finding a place, he got us in and it just shows his compassion for people that has had rough times and every tenant is not a bad tenant.
