Lived here for a year. The renovated units are nice and on site management was great. KayLynn was always helpful, though I know there is a new property manager there now. Very high rate of turnover on property management. Rodolfo (maintenance) was always super helpful and quick to respond to a request, honestly probably the best thing about the place was having him there. I'd go back just to chat with him. Manor at Med City truly feels like a family away from home. The residents here are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met, and the sense of community is something special, it’s exactly what a neighborhood should feel like. I had a showing at Manor at Med City with the manager, Jade, and it was a great experience. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The apartments she showed me were very clean, modern, and up to date. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming experience, and I really appreciated her professionalism and hospitality.
I stopped by Manor at Med City to drop off my card and talk with Jade about contractor work. When I mentioned my lease was ending soon, she showed me an apartment right in my price range. With my girlfriend just having a baby, things have been hectic, but Jade made everything easy and made us feel comfortable. We’ll definitely be making this our new home. — Ceaser Garcia
