The property manager (Kaylynn) is AMAZING. She's always available, super knowledgeable, fair, and super kind. The maintenence guy for the property is so lovely as well! I work overnights so I really appreciate that they will send out apartment texts with various heads up or reminders. The apartments were remodeled recently and look great, I get comments on how cute the apartment is from guests. Horrible experience with this new manager. When Jason Case was manager, he went out of his way to ensure that residents felt safe, heard, and treated with dignity and respect. He was the BEST! Very kind, sweet, and professional. This new manager took over and everything changed drastically in a horrific way. We were so glad to move out! Especially because there were roaches in the unit and there was never anyone in the office. The move-in experience was fantastic! KayLynn helped my girlfriend and I move into our apartment without any issues and has always been quick to help us with any questions we've had! The 1-bedroom we moved into was thoroughly cleaned and any damages were renovated before we moved in. Highly recommend this apartment complex for it's quality and affordability!
Kaylynn is the manager of these lovely updated apts. She did a great job and was very patient helping us get to where we need to be. Our apartment is beautiful, spacious and well maintained.
Great people here, the process was smooth, but it could have been smoother. We did a tour before deciding on the Manor, however during the tour it felt a bit unprepared. Management are doing renovations to several units, we unfortunately didn't get the layout we wanted, but the one we got is still very good.
