Nice new mobile homes. Not safe for hurricanes and the winds we get. Plus ur right up against your neighbors,you know what that leads to. Trailers are too close to each other. 55 and up and no kid community, until someone needs help, lol. Plus it looks half empty and friends that just sold their mobile home told me that it was very hard to sell. The time we spent with manager, Brooke, was always a pleasure. She is so dedicated to Maple Corner and was knowledgeable, patient and always friendly and upbeat. The community shows her commitment. We weren't able to settle there due to a job change. But if you're looking for a beautiful place to retire to, check out this little gem.
A nicely kept age 55 and over manufactured home park. A club house has community activities from time to time. All the homes here a fairly new making it an attractive park for seniors.
Nice quiet community with plenty of space between homes. Fantastic friends and beautiful pool and clubhouse. Well maintained grounds.
Beautiful property. Staff is great! Lots of friendly residents here. Nice amenities. Very clean pool!
