As somebody who has worked there for a long time. This is the honest truth. I advise not working here for the sake of your own mental health. 1. Maple Heights is a power and money driven facility that does not care about patients. Only about money. They will send extra staff home, keep the units bare bones for staffing to save money, and admit patients that the facility cannot provide adequate care for but because patients bring money, MH will put staff in danger and sacrifice to make money. 2.
