We have driven past this beautiful facility frequently in Fort Wayne so when we needed help for my sweet mother in law it was the first place to come to mind. We looked up google reviews and saw some negative reviews but contributed it to the fact there will always be negative reviews and that overall it still seemed like our best option. However we now know better. We admitted my mother in law for what they estimated to be a 7-10 day stay. The first week she was there we called daily for updates, spoke to nurses but were to... read more

This place refused to give my mother any of her phone calls. They took her to the hospital on a Sunday morning and I called Sunday afternoon and talked with Brooke, who reassured me, my mother was up and running around when my mother was taken to the hospital at 8 o'clock in the morning and none of her family was informed. You call you get nowhere. There are patient right advocates or not for the patients, if they were, they wouldn't send letters to cover their butt again.I've never met more ruder staff during my mother's in... read more

As a mom of an adolescent boy, having to make the decision for inpatient treatment was the absolute hardest decision of my life. From the time I began working with Kamryn In Admissions for the first call to the last interaction of a two week impatient stay I am highly impressed with the treatment my son received. This length of stay seems to be the best of both worlds as it’s not too long yet long enough for them to adapt to the environment and then begin working on the things that need to be addressed. The communication fro... read more

Some staff were extremely rude. One in particular was Drea. I have ptsd and went nonverbal so I tried to get help and she just stood there and berated me and tried to force me to talk. Stephanie would cuss at the kids while they were having breakdowns and whatnot. Constantly there would be fights and I got jumped on my first day. They would try to silence us and control what we said on the phone or during visitation. IOP is great though, but inpatient is terrible.

I spent 15 days here my longest impatient stay, out of 5 hospitals this was by far one of the greatest the staff were very involved with each individual patient and made an effort to create a home like environment. I got more then needed treatment including medication management and more. The food is alright better than expected but nothing fancy. 5/5 stars for me!
