This heath care keeps mentality people in-patient. Very good RNs that definitely have the patient's care at the center of their care.

I was just here at this facility not by choice at first, then I chose to stay because of the staff members in the unit areas that work directly around the patients and the therapy activities directors/coordinators. I just wanted to leave this review so that any future patients or people looking to get someone that truly needs their loved one in a place that has a really true hearted staff that wants to see and has the best interest at heart of their patients. Personally, not a fan of this particular behavioral health center. I was a patient here for three days. I signed a AMA to get released before my three days so once you sign that paperwork within 24 hours, somebody is supposed to come talk to you and then release you however they waited almost 2 full days before sending someone to talk to me by that time. Awful place to work for. DO NOT WORK HERE! I got hired in July of this year. I got fired a little over a month later, for an honest mistake. I was on time to work everyday, even when I lived 45 minutes away. I was never late, never missed a day, nothing. I had no previous write ups, no concerns, no nothing. Last week, I was pulled aside for an issue. This issue was something that I did not fully know was a rule. I didn't go to college, so I'm not one hundred percent familiar with rules of the hospital.
