Get directionsDuring my stay at Maple Heights Behavioral Health Hospital, there was no organization whatsoever. They couldn't seem to stick to the schedule, so it was very confusing as to what activity or class was next. No one could seem to agree on the rules, even though the rules were clearly posted on the walls. Wow what a experience. Great staff and restaurant style food. Very caring staff and very helpful also. I was only there two days but man they sure did help a lot. I learned a lot while I was there. Best hospital ever. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I went there voluntarily and wasn’t able to leave the moment I wanted too. Waiting around 12 hours
Maple Heights truly saved me. The whole staff was extremely amazing. They take good care of you there and listen. I highly recommend them for anyone struggling! Thank you all for everything.
Staff is rude on the phone before you even interact with them in person, and completely unhelpful. Messages sent about it went unresponded and ignored. If that's how you treat someone at a distance in a mental health crisis, I shudder to think of the staff that's "helping" patients. Was never a fan of the Lutheran network, and now I remember why.
I have tried to get help there multiple times and got interviewed for 2 1/2 hours only to not be admitted. It's sad to think that someone who needs help can't get the help they deserve cuz they arnt "bad enough". Sad to think people can't get help when they need it to most. Scared to even try to get help here again.
