My family's experience was wonderful. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Special thanks to Aesha, she was very attentive to the needs and concerns of the family and did a great job going above and beyond to make sure that coordination went smooth and things went well. Services were beautifully organized with great attention to detail including personal theming throughout the chapel. Marcom Harvey Funeral Care is an excellent place to do services with. My personal experience is that my husband and I just had two funeral services in last 4 months from each other and they did fantastic you can tell they put they heart and soul into it. They just don’t be here because it’s another job but they do it because they love what they do and they do it with passion and genuine love, respect, and kindness of their hearts, which made me turn to them for help with my fathers funeral. Aesha was kind, professional and patient with me during this shipout.. I don't know her shift, but it seems she was working late nights, weekends and even the Thanksgiving holiday with both me and this sweet family who lost their loved one far from home. She was caring and compassionate toward both the Deceased and the family, and showed a tremendous amount of dignity and respect, as this was a sensitive and unexpected passing of a young one.
