My family's experience was wonderful. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Special thanks to Aesha, she was very attentive to the needs and concerns of the family and did a great job going above and beyond to make sure that coordination went smooth and things went well. Just a note of “Thanks” for being so attentive and taking such great care of my family during our recent loss. When my step dad passed ; it was extremely hard on my mom but Marcom-Harvey took such great care of her through this difficult time (especially Aesha). My step dad loved golf and he played often. When my mom told her a golf theme would be nice, Aesha made that happen. She allowed us to bring in his golf clubs, shoes etc. We set up a cool golf theme. Highly recommend! Professional and class act all the way around. The staff was detailed, gracious and communicative particularly Aesha. I honestly couldn’t say enough about the way she handled everything from the first phone call. Representation of the company and herself was admirable.
