To the owner the wait was 1 hr and 45 min your lobby was hot. You had an open schedule with many openings available when the appointment was made. Same day booking yes but not last minute.Your lobby TV was on an inappropriate channel. The facility was clean. The staff was pleasant. Dentists were Great. As for the owner your response was unprofessional and too sassy. Keep it classy. I should've booked a week in advance lol.
Very nice office and friendly staff! I went in for fillings, and as someone who is typically anxious about dental visits, I was nervous. However, Dr. Marconi was amazing! The fillings were completely painless—no needles, no drilling—because they use a laser. It was an incredible experience! I highly recommend this office!
I had a dental emergency today and was in a lot of pain. Although I had to wait for a few minutes due to their full schedule, the wait wasn’t too long. They were able to fit me into the schedule, and the staff was friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took me out of pain. I will definitely return for my complete exam.
First time going there and it was amazing. Got seen right away. Awesome staff, very kind and explained everything.I felt absolutely nothing while they worked on me. I will be back. They gave me very informative suggestions on things I might have to get done or to help solve any future problems.
OMG!! 🤩🤩Where do I start!! I have been fishing around for a GREAT dentist since moving here from San Antonio in '07. Kept searching came upon that "lovely" dentistry that has those big signs & whitening commercials you all know the one. Had damage my front teeth as a child and couldn't get "them" to repair it & an old gold bridge that needed repaired or just taken out.
