She’s nice to my child seemingly because she has to be… but if you have general questions - she’s very snark and short with you when she answers. I was told several times that the answers to my questions were ‘common sense’, and she knows I’m a first time mom. This has happened two times in a row… I will not allow anyone to belittle me and thus I have changed my son’s pediatrician. If you’re not going to be professional and have patience with first time parents then don’t accept any new patients.
Our Family loves Pediatric Associates at Pembroke Pines. We see Dr. Maria Aleyas, she is an extraordinary professional and explains everything we need to know as parents for our children’s health. We appreciate her professionalism and passion for her work.
I have been seeing Specifically, Dr Maria Aleyas now for a few years. First with my daughter who is 12 and now with my son who she’s seen since his birth (He is 2) Dr Aleyas is very knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions. She doesn’t just prescribed medicine for the sake of doing so and I do appreciate that about her. We always discuss what types of over the counter meds we can take unless it’s absolutely necessary to take the antibiotics. My kids always go to Dr Aleyas. She is careful, attentive, smart, and right to the point. There was a time that unfortunately we got to see another doctor, it didnt went well. My kids condition was not improved, and after dr aleyas checked them, gave medical exam & test. Their condition was getting better. She is excellent!!
Love her!! Dr. Aleyas always take the time to listen and to advise. She is extremely thorough and makes you feel very comfortable.
