I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Castillo and her staff. They are very friendly people and during my pregnancy, they always make sure that All my questions were answered. they make me feel secure with my pregnancy’s I really recommend Dr. Castillo and I’m very thankful with her staff
This is my second pregnancy, and I am experiencing care and appointments at this location for the first time. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, always available when needed. I am not sure about others that might have a different impression, as my experience has been one of receiving thoughtful care and the necessary information for a smooth pregnancy. Love the doctor she is amazing and her staff is super friendly. The staff at the office would always make us feel at home when we would walk in. My wife’s c-section was scheduled, when went into the hospital and doctor explained everything to us. Went back to the office for our postpartum visit and the staff was so happy to see us and the new baby. Would give them 100 stars if I could.
Dr Castillo and her staff are amazing. My last pregnancy was considered high risk due to my age. They always made sure I left each visit feeling comfortable and confident that both my baby and I were healthy and thriving. They addressed my concerns with care and compassion. My pregnancy experience was very smooth thanks to the staff in this office.
Like many others have said, if I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the medical board due to a denial of care that resulted in emergency room visits and an extended period of bed rest for our surrogate. From our experience, Dr. Castillo appears more interested in easy insurance billing than in providing actual patient care.
