So grateful for the care of Dr. Castillo. We are blessed with a baby girl. Being in the L&D for multiple days with another on shift Dr we saw how much we loved and favored having Dr. Castillo with us for the active labor and what ended up C-section. Her staff in office are all very professional and attentive. Thank you Dr. Castillo for being a blessing.
This is my second pregnancy, and I am experiencing care and appointments at this location for the first time. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, always available when needed. I am not sure about others that might have a different impression, as my experience has been one of receiving thoughtful care and the necessary information for a smooth pregnancy. I wasn't going to post my experience with Dr. Castillo's office, but I was sent multiple texts requesting feedback over months. Most recently from the 20th of May, when my appointment was the first of February. It is excessive. Dr. Castillo was very kind and personal, but I didn't feel like she reviewed my chart, and then regurgitated information I already had. An outstanding Dr, intelligent, experienced, and cares about her patients at a different level. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Castello since 2001. She delivered my three children. She’s professional and diagnoses problems right away without wasting time. I’m grateful I still see her occasionally, and I hope she never retires.
Dr Castillo was very personable, met her for the first time yet it felt like we were old friends. She answered all my questions. Office staff were professional and scheduled my appointment with ease.
