Very professional. Junior guided me through the whole process of my refinancing of my home. He is clear and easily understood, any questions I had he answered, those questions needing answers beyond his knowledge was answered quickly and efficiently acquired by his colleagues that knew the answers.

Junior was amazing, and helped us with every single step of the process!
