I was really impressed with my first office visit with Nurse Practitioner Marie Kupis-Bigas. The receptionist was very polite, friendly and made me feel welcome until it was time for my appointment. A very warm comforting atmosphere with very knowledgeable people. Marie was easy to talk to and gave me hope. Obviously dedicated to helping people in need. Conscientious and coached me along.
Very good experience but one small issue. I thought my dosage for citalopram HBR had been change but when I went to the drugstore to pick up renewal it was still the same dosage
Everyone there has been very pleasant and helpful. My psychiatrist listens and is responsive to my concerns. I don't feel rushed.
