This office is VERY VERY VERY unorganized. They tend to not have very good communication skills within the facility. When trying to get refills on medication is a major process and they will call YOU to ask what brand rx patient is on yet they are the provider with the patients medical records. They may submit rx without proper medical/diagnosis codes and/or instructions for the rx. Getting them to correct the rx is a mental chore as you may end up speaking to staff on a daily basis to get them to fulfill multiple request fr... read more
I really wanted to get in to see Dr. Martinez but was told a week before I would even get a call back to become a new patient because they have their process.. I have a ppo.. there is no process.. appointment would be a least a month out. how sad
