Short wait time ; very easy to discuss with Dr. Front office and lab staff professional and friendly
Dr. Mare Mae Martinez is an outstanding Primary Care Physician. She listens well and is very thorough in addressing one's concerns. She demonstrates understanding and compassion and is not afraid to treat. She has been great about setting up referrals to specialists. I have had a number of health issues addressed and treated appropriately. I recommend her highly.
She seems to care about my health and I feel so comfortable with her and her advice! I feel that she is very hands on with anything I need. Just love her!
Dr. Martinez’s gentle, comprehensive care makes me confident I am receiving the best medical care. She patiently explained how my symptoms could amplify problems with my overall health. Her care plan is easy to understand. The Medical Assistants at the front desk are friendly, and the office lobby is comfortable.

This office is VERY VERY VERY unorganized. They tend to not have very good communication skills within the facility. When trying to get refills on medication is a major process and they will call YOU to ask what brand rx patient is on yet they are the provider with the patients medical records. They may submit rx without proper medical/diagnosis codes and/or instructions for the rx. Getting them to correct the rx is a mental chore as you may end up speaking to staff on a daily basis to get them to fulfill multiple request fr... read more
I really wanted to get in to see Dr. Martinez but was told a week before I would even get a call back to become a new patient because they have their process.. I have a ppo.. there is no process.. appointment would be a least a month out. how sad
