LOVE - Don't let negative comments deter you from coming to look for yourself! We have lived here for almost 7 years now, and love it! Don't understand the negative comments, but then again you will always have those. Take into account that perhaps sometimes it may even possibly be disgruntled x-tenants that may have had to be asked to leave, due to concerns about them. Fantastic Place to live All my friends and family who visit me at Marina Key tell me it's like living at a resort, and I agree. The grounds are well cared for and the location is right on the Intracoastal. The pool area overlooks the water and has a sandy beach with hammocks and lounge chairs. The apartment I rent is huge with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. There's also an oversized patio that's like another living room. All in all, I can't think of a better place to call home.
good It is a great place to live. The pool and the common areas are nicely maintained. It feels like you are in a resort.
