Called to rent a climate controlled unit last minute due to an issue with another storage facility that I reserved in marion. The price I was given for the unit was a little more than the one I originally reserved, but it was last minute and I was on the way there with several thousand lbs of household items so I brushed it off. Its a newer facility which is great, but they don't clean the floors enough in the climate controlled area. I expect the place to be kept clean. Otherwise I would've just put my stuff in a cheaper dirtier place. I called to inform them of this and the gross loogie that was spit out near my unit is STILL sitting there 5 months later. I mean do your jobs and take pride in the place you work at. If this place starts turning into a dirty mouse and bug trap I'm out of there!!!
I absolutely love Marion Self Storage! The facility is clean and well lit and very secure! Everything his done thru my phone so I don’t have to buy a lock or keep track of a key! They even have a Dolly available and a rolling cart available to help move items! The rates are reasonable and I love my climate controlled storage unit! I highly recommend them for any storage needs!
I love the security of the units. I've had several in different locations but their all great. Got there late unloaded my car and couldn't get my climate controlled unit with smart lock to lock lol eventually I had to give up and leave. I called first thing in the morning and they went and checked the unit, reset the lock, & texted me to tell me how to fix it if it ever happened again! Very nice and clean. And they are always nice when I call or need something.
