This place sucks the playground is terrible and at the duck pond the Apartments are way better and plus the maintenance man is always on his phone.
For the most part everyone is very friendly and looks out for each other. The turn over rate for managers is ridiculous though. In the last 8 years there have been 5 different people come and go in the managerial position. The same goes for maintenance personnel. UPDATE: As of 10/29/2023 the current manager Chuck Davis is pretty much worthless!! Anytime you have a complaint and you try to bring it to his attention all you are told is that "he is not a babysitter" and for you to handle it yourself. Some of the other resident... read more
Um the apartments are really nice the apartment that I go to a lot it's got a bath room downstairs and 1 upstairs and 3 bedroom a nice kitchen large living room uuummm that's all I know of sorry lol
Marsha Postell is a wonderful landlord and she really cares about her tenant's! For the most part great place to live!!
