I’ve gone to this vet with our kitten Eleanor for both emergency and specialist purposes now and I must say hands down they’re an excellent clinic! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they make sure to address your concerns, and they do a great job taking care of your animal. Our little kitten Ellie (4.5 months at the time) was critically anemic and rushed to the ER in August for a blood transfusion. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, compassionate, and professional. Doctor took time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The level of kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail is outstanding. I feel so grateful to have found such a caring team for my dog’s health.
We were traveling out of town when our dog suddenly started experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. It was a stressful situation, but the clinic was able to see us right away and took wonderful care of our pup. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, and we felt reassured knowing our dog was in good hands. Very pleased with the timely service and compassionate care — highly recommend this clinic!
They are always on time and very patient with appointments, never rushing and making sure to take their time and answer any questions. They also supply you with research and give you knowledge to support their diagnosis. My cockatiel always gets the best treatment, I am very confident in her care. In the one emergency we did have, it was taken care of swiftly and with attention and detail.
Had another wonderful experience at MVESC. From the customer care at the desk to Dr. Quesnel and her exotics team, we have nothing but praise. Belle the cockatoo is also grateful for the TLC and gentle handling for her X-rays and blood collection.
