Maritime ER and Specialty Care is not only an amazing establishment with top notch medical equipment but they also have some of the best staff I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. The empathy, care and knowledge that is spread across the board by all staff including front staff, assistants, technicians and veterinarians is second to none. I’ve gone to this vet with our kitten Eleanor for both emergency and specialist purposes now and I must say hands down they’re an excellent clinic! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they make sure to address your concerns, and they do a great job taking care of your animal. Our little kitten Ellie (4.5 months at the time) was critically anemic and rushed to the ER in August for a blood transfusion. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, compassionate, and professional. Doctor took time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The level of kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail is outstanding. I feel so grateful to have found such a caring team for my dog’s health.
Your facility and vet staff are top notch. Very professional and caring. Dr. Emma kept my wife and I on top of the situation the whole time. She made us feel comfortable our whole visit.
