I’ve gone to this vet with our kitten Eleanor for both emergency and specialist purposes now and I must say hands down they’re an excellent clinic! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they make sure to address your concerns, and they do a great job taking care of your animal. Our little kitten Ellie (4.5 months at the time) was critically anemic and rushed to the ER in August for a blood transfusion. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, compassionate, and professional. Doctor took time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dog was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The level of kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail is outstanding. I feel so grateful to have found such a caring team for my dog’s health.
My dog was seen immediately by staff, who were supportive of me, my daughter and of course, my dog. I put substantial on account to cover impending costs. They kept my dog overnight. When I came to see her, I was refunded almost all of my deposit and sent happily on my way
We were traveling out of town when our dog suddenly started experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. It was a stressful situation, but the clinic was able to see us right away and took wonderful care of our pup. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, and we felt reassured knowing our dog was in good hands. Very pleased with the timely service and compassionate care — highly recommend this clinic!
I just wanted to take a minute to speak about my recent experience at the maritime Veterinary emergency and Specialty Centre. I found out a little over a year ago that my newest cat, Gizmo had a heart murmur. After receiving a referral for the only cardiologist in the city I was told that would not be able to see him and there was no waiting list for me to put on.
