Everyone there in the clinic is very welcoming & pleasant. Mark is very professional but takes the time to talk to me. To me that is very important because it shows he cares about his patients. He answers all my questions & concerns. I highly recommend Mark & his staff.
I found Mark to be thorough and caring. I’m sure he has patients with greater needs than mine, but he made sure that I was cared for and my needs were met. My visit with him and the staff was brief but pleasant. I left feeling cared for. A+ from me.
The staff does its absolute best with ever more limited resources. The new owners, BCBS, seem to not understand what the clinic does or how it works; as a result, things aren’t working and they aren’t able to do all that they should. It negatively affects both the patient experience and staff morale. It feels as though BCBS intends to close the practice entirely.
Mark Stephens is always attentive and caring in his administering of the steroid injections I have to get every three months in my knee. It’s a great peace of mind to know that he is there when I need him.
He and the nurse were very knowledgeable. Took their time with me to explain everything I would have to do. Made me feel as though they were on my side to make me better
