Our visit with Mark Stephens was exceptional! He was very patient and thorough in the diagnosis and recommendation for next steps.
Dr. Srephens was very helpful. He took the time to listen and did a great job of explaining the options.
I found Mark to be thorough and caring. I’m sure he has patients with greater needs than mine, but he made sure that I was cared for and my needs were met. My visit with him and the staff was brief but pleasant. I left feeling cared for. A+ from me.
The staff does its absolute best with ever more limited resources. The new owners, BCBS, seem to not understand what the clinic does or how it works; as a result, things aren’t working and they aren’t able to do all that they should. It negatively affects both the patient experience and staff morale. It feels as though BCBS intends to close the practice entirely.
My knees feel so much better. I can go up and down my door steps now.
