I found Mark to be thorough and caring. I’m sure he has patients with greater needs than mine, but he made sure that I was cared for and my needs were met. My visit with him and the staff was brief but pleasant. I left feeling cared for. A+ from me.
The staff does its absolute best with ever more limited resources. The new owners, BCBS, seem to not understand what the clinic does or how it works; as a result, things aren’t working and they aren’t able to do all that they should. It negatively affects both the patient experience and staff morale. It feels as though BCBS intends to close the practice entirely.
Mark Stephens is always attentive and caring in his administering of the steroid injections I have to get every three months in my knee. It’s a great peace of mind to know that he is there when I need him.
