I highly recommend Dr. McLaughlin. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. The experience with Dr. McLaughlin (and his staff) could not have been better. I was very concerned about the results of an MRI that was ordered by another doctor and at his suggestion I saw Dr. McLaughlin for a second opinion. Dr. McLaughlin carefully examined the records, spoke with me at great length about my concerns, and then gave me his thorough, careful and compassionate advice regarding my situation. He really listens. He really cares. I can truly recommend Dr. McLaughlin.
Best Dr Visit ever. Dr. McLaughlin explained all my options to treat a bulging disk touching a nerve, causing severe pain in my hip. He answered all my questions and told me what to expect in terms of treatment with a shot to relieve the pain, and if that does not work, explained the surgery that would be necessary. I'm feeling very confident that I am in good hands with Dr. McLaughlin.
Dr. McLaughlin speaks candidly and listens to what you are trying to say. He offers options and engages the conversation so I have a chance to decide what may work best. He teaches students during the appointment which is a hands on learning session. Highly recommend him and the entire support staff.
This was a New Pt visit for my husband. Arrived 15mins early as asked to finish up the Id process and the front office staff was very welcoming and helpful. Lobby was dimly lit and comforting. Escorted to exam room in a timely manner with tech to verify Hx & Meds. Dr McLaughlin was friendly, respectful, sincere while listening to concerns followed by a bedside assessment. Positive vibes from initial visit with f/u visit scheduled for after X-ray & MRI completed.
