From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every detail of my back surgery, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the entire process. Going to any doctor's office can create some level of anxiety, but this visit was different. Dr. McLaughlin has an incredible bedside manner. He is personable, pleasant, and takes his time with patients. However, just as important as personality is his knowledge and skills and we immediately felt as though we were in the best possible hands. If I could, I'd give him several more stars.
