I highly recommend Dr. McLaughlin. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. The young man shadowing him was also wonderful—kind, respectful, and eager to learn. Outstanding. Dr McLaughlin is the best. He has a very direct and engaging manner. He looks you in the eye and explains everything so clearly and well. He’s really out o make your life better with less pain and more mobility. The staff is awesome too. Very empathetic and kind.
After suffering with back problems for 40 years, and trying any and everything that is out there minus surgery. But the last flare up lasted 4 months, tried epidural shots and the only thing that did was make forget about my back , because it was the Most painful thing I ever experienced. The experience with Dr. McLaughlin (and his staff) could not have been better. I was very concerned about the results of an MRI that was ordered by another doctor and at his suggestion I saw Dr. McLaughlin for a second opinion. Dr. McLaughlin carefully examined the records, spoke with me at great length about my concerns, and then gave me his thorough, careful and compassionate advice regarding my situation. He really listens. He really cares. I can truly recommend Dr. McLaughlin.
Dr. McLaughlin speaks candidly and listens to what you are trying to say. He offers options and engages the conversation so I have a chance to decide what may work best. He teaches students during the appointment which is a hands on learning session. Highly recommend him and the entire support staff.
