Dr. Mark McLaughlin is an outstanding surgeon and a truly caring professional. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every detail of my back surgery, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the entire process. My visit was a very Pleasant experience. Dr. McLaughlin and his staff were professional and approachable. He listened to my story, reviewed my MRI and came to his own professional assessment, before reviewing other Dr's reports and opinions. He took the time to explain my MRI and show me the damaged area, which was causing me my numbness and pain. He came up with a treatment plan that started with PT and will progress if needed. Surgery as a Last option.
We had a great office visit at Dr. McLaughlin's office. The staff was so friendly and helpful. His assistant taking all the information from my husband was so patient and wonderful with her questions. Dr. McLaughlin himself is so professional and spent plenty of time with us, examining Ron and answering all his questions. I look foward to working with this practice to help my husband overcome his neck pain.
Dr. McLaughlin was able to diagnose me on my first visit. He was clear, concise, and had a plan that he stuck to. He was very quick to get me the help and relief I needed. He truly cares about his patients. I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning, and I was right!
