I pulled out my 4 wisdom teeth. I was in terrible pain and the doctor fit me into his schedule right away to take care of my teeth. I called on Sunday at 10 pm as a new patient and right away he called back and adviced me on what to do and when I could see him. it was a pleasure having him extract my teeth. I didn't swell and have much pain. his nurse followed up with me every step of the way during the hours that the office was closed. best doctor in New York City
Dr. Stein and his staff are the best! I underwent orthognathic surgery, which can be a daunting experience, but I knew I was in good hands from the start. Dr. Stein and his team are amazing. I have had oral surgery here twice, due to the exemplary care this office and practice provides. I have never felt unsafe in this practice (and I am terrified of surgery and anesthesia) - Dr. Stein is beyond competent, and works with you as a patient to make sure you understand the plan and know what to expect. I was recently diagnosed with a panic disorder and vestibular migraines, so I needed an oral surgeon that would provide sedation. I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Stein last week and I will definitely come back if the other three teeth will ever cause a problem. The doctor's administrative team, the nurses and the doctor himself went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. As a person of color I understand the pain of mircoagressions that can take place everywhere I go but I must say my experience with Dr. Stein and his wonderful staff was great. Dr. Stein and his entire staff were absolutely fabulous. They were attentive, thorough and professional; answering any questions I had regarding my wisdom tooth extraction and putting me at ease. The procedure was quick, efficient and painless. During my recovery, his dental assistant periodically checked-in to ensure I was fine. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Stein.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stein to anyone I know. He was gracious, thoughtful, and clear in explaining my options. He did an excellent job on the actual surgery - it was quick and painless and the recovery period was easy.
Dr. Stein had fantastic bedside manner and made to sure to ease any concerns I had about my wisdom teeth extraction. He was very thorough in explaining the surgery and recovery process, and he was sure to walk me through the costs and benefits of extracting each of my 4 wisdom teeth. The surgery itself was extremely efficient. I would certainly pay him another visit for any future oral surgery I may need!
