I was recommended to go to Dr. Mark Stein for a tooth to be pulled so I did not know him prior to this. I for one am petrified of the dentist and I have never had a wisdom tooth pulled before. When I walked in, the staff welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They explained to me that I will have a chance to speak with Dr. Mark Stein and ask him any questions before the procedure. I walked into Dr. Stein's office for wisdom teeth extractions having been fearful of dentists - particularly oral surgeons - for most of my 41 years. Dr. Stein walked into the room and I was immediately put at ease. He's affable and understanding - not affected whatsoever by my announcement that I am a total chicken. He explained the procedure to me thoroughly and we started the anesthesia. Next thing you know, I was waking up and everything was done! I've had more difficult appointments at my hairdresser :-)
Dr. Stein was amazing! He made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. It was my first extraction and I was very nervous. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and also how comforting he was. He constantly asked if I was okay and explained the procedure. He answered any questions I had which put me at ease. I would defiantly revisit for any extractions. The office was clean and relaxing as well. Very pleased with my procedure done by Dr. Stein, highly recommend.
Going in to get all four wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Stein could not have been a better experience! The office is breathtakingly beautiful and pleasant, his staff is wonderful (very punctual, with no wait time), and the procedure was done expertly. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted with IV sedation. I have never been great with doctors' offices or needles, but Dr. Stein and his wonderful staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Stein's bedside manner was absolutely perfect. He made me laugh hysterically at several points. They even called me later that evening to make sure I was doing ok and to answer any lingering questions. I love Dr. Stein and his staff!

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction that was infected. Since the time I arrived for my appointment is when "My life changing dentist experience started" I was so nervous and apprehensive but the friendly and very corteus and competent staff made me feel calm and more relaxed. Dr. Stein is the best , his expertise and friendly manners are superb. Thanks Dr.Stein and staff I'm looking forward for my implant. Did I said that? Yes I did. I just have to add that I don't have dental insurance the cost was reasonable .Maria R.
I was sent to Dr Stein by my regular dentist and I couldnt be happier. As a nervous patient he made me feel comfortable that he could do an amazing job and also explained the why for everything that he felt was needed. Also keeping the mood light makes a big different for me. His nurse May was also amazing. Nice to know all involved are so great.
Dr. Stein is the best! He has great bed side manner, a great staff and he's very accommodating. I recommend him to anyone who needs an extraction, dental implant or oral surgery.
