Love Key-Whitman Eye Center and Dr. Mark Thomas Stephens! I’ve been going to him for years and he -and his team- absolutely ROCK! You must anticipate a couple of hours for your entire appointment to complete. You go through several stations with different equipment that do different things. All of it is a MUST if you want good care on your eyes. Everyone is so pleasant and patient - especially Darlene! She explained things so nicely without making me feel dumb. It’s always the little things that are important.
Key Whitman has always taken care of my eyes. They have been very thorough in their approach. The staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Mark Stephens has helped me see better.
Great experience! Dr. Stephen's obviously was very proficient, kind and friendly. Staff was great and all my questions/concerns were addressed. Highly recommend!
Staff was extremely professional and friendly. The only comment I can make is that it felt like an assembly line type of operation. However, all was great and well organized. Recovery was good. The only other comment is very friendly follow-up.
This place is a scam. I was referred there for 2 nd check . But before that have they made me do everything that the doc that referred me there already did . They after all that then I got see the dr . And then tells me the same the the last dr told them charged me over 500 for the other test I didn’t need till after see the dr
