I’m happy with the counseling but the time between appointments is much too long. (One appointment a month it’s fine for someone established in care and stable, not for someone who is just getting started)
I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The counselor was knowledgeable, caring, concerned about my mental health and provided me with assignments to help me deal with my grief.
Come prepared, be honest with yourself. Most importantly, take your time! Everything will be okay.
MARK Virosteks professionaly performed his job proudly and proffestionaly. He help me understsnd how to deali everyday with my mental disorder.
Homie was so awkward, told me I was too all over the place and hard to follow during the first appointment? Zero structure.
