I moved in last month. Being back downtown was important to me in looking for my next apartment. Market Street Apartments (MSA) is absolutely the right choice for me. The amenities are outstanding. MSA has a Fitness and Laundry Center. They also offer storage units and a common area with a TV, coffee station, and games. There is even a dog grooming station, as well. The first day I met Daniel My Neighbor & I was in the back side of the building. We were trying to charge her car battery. Daniel‘s car was parked in the back also. Daniel didn’t just get in his car and leave. Daniel asked if he could help us. While they Where working on the battery, I asked Daniel when did he move in, he told us he was our new Apartment Manager. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Very nice environment!! Daniel was so helpful I couldn't have asked for a better move in experience he helped me from beginning to end!! Plus the dog park is close!!!
Really nice place to live. I like the fact that the management make it easy for resident to sign leases and get access to the building. The type of place you should consider if you think about moving to Evansville.
