Dr. Ali has very extensive knowledge about thyroid disorders and very capable shares it with her patients. She is very pleasant, easy to talk to, cares to listen and she doesn't act rushed. When I have questions or need to communicate with her outside of office visits, she is very prompt in responding via the My Loyola portal. Some health systems, such as Silver Cross, don't even have such a portal.
