In a world where customer service seems to be dead, Marshall Alarm Systems is a breath of fresh air. Debbie, who I met with to set up installation, was so lovely! My installation guy did beautiful work, he cleaned up any wires that would have been left visible. They went above & beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Marshall Alarm Systems.
Highly recommend Marshall Alarm System. Everyone we dealt with, Debbie (sales), Rob (installer) and Diane (within the office) were very professional and responsive. Once the system was installed, Rob took the time to walk us through the system process and ensured we were comfortable and knowledgeable with the system. The entire process from start to finish was hassle free and the team went above and beyond our expectations.
From the outset Marshall systems was great. I got a timely callback for an appointment. Debbie was on time and very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our immediate needs while also keeping it realistic and economical with an eye on the future for expansion. Had a great experience with Marshall Alarm System, highly recommend their services. Starting from the estimate, Debbie was approachable and meticulously provided offerings to cover every need without trying to oversell. The installation process was excellent, technician arrived on time, and did not leave the premises until every question was answered and we were able to comfortably manage the system. Even after the installation, Debbie was extremely responsible to our follow-up questions.
Had a great experience with the team! Robert came to install our security system and smoke alarms. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He made sure everything was downloaded correctly on the apps on our phones, updated settings with us within the app, and tested the system through our phones before he left. We had 10 doors installed with security, 2 smoke detectors, and 2 heat rise detectors and he was in and out in under 3 hours. Highly recommend!
