We had a great experience with Marshall Alarm Systems. Our insurance company required a monitored security system on short notice, and they were extremely responsive and accommodating. The team moved very quickly to get everything installed and up and running without any hassle, and were conscious of our concerns/budget. Communication was clear throughout the process (even post install) and the install was very well done. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and responsive security company.

It became time to change our alarm company when we had to trouble shoot our ADT alarm. ADT wanted us to fix it, when we spent so much money in monthly fees. We did our research and called Marshall Alarm systems. Their representative Debbie came to our house and analyzed our system and made recommendations to upgrade it. Highly recommend Marshall Alarm company that recently installed a new system in my home. Debbie was a knowledgeable and informative, but not too pushy sales rep and Robert was a highly competent, professional installer. So far so good!
In a world where customer service seems to be dead, Marshall Alarm Systems is a breath of fresh air. Debbie, who I met with to set up installation, was so lovely! My installation guy did beautiful work, he cleaned up any wires that would have been left visible. They went above & beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Marshall Alarm Systems.
