It became time to change our alarm company when we had to trouble shoot our ADT alarm. ADT wanted us to fix it, when we spent so much money in monthly fees. We did our research and called Marshall Alarm systems. Their representative Debbie came to our house and analyzed our system and made recommendations to upgrade it. In a world where customer service seems to be dead, Marshall Alarm Systems is a breath of fresh air. Debbie, who I met with to set up installation, was so lovely! Hello, I live in Florida but have a second home North Salem. Marshall Alarm came highly recommended so, I decided to call them. The house came with an alarm system. Their Rep. Debbie came to discuss what would be needed to keep our home secure. She was able to keep the existing wiring and added on from there.
