Our experience living at this apartment has been uneventful. Considering we live downtown, this is positively noteworthy. The area feels as safe as it could while residing in a large metropolitan area. Police are frequently sighted patrolling & the area surrounding the apartment is well lit, the sidewalks immediately around the perimeter are in fairly good condition. I moved to Marshall Place in August and so far I have been very impressed! Between the proximity to the nightlife of Cleveland to the management and maintenance of the building itself, everything has been more than I could ask for. Location: Not only is it within proximity to some of Cleveland’s best restaurants and bars, but it is also within walking distance of Huntington Field! I recently toured Marshall Place Apartments with Mark. The chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances impressed me, and the floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center and dog wash station would make life easy, and the private balconies offer stunning city views. Mark answered every question, pointed out thoughtful touches, and made the tour both informative and fun. I felt valued and well cared for. This experience and Mark’s guidance earn a full five-star rating.
I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The space is comfortable and well-maintained, and the property management team has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s clear they care about keeping the community running smoothly. Highly recommend!
I moved to Marshall Place a few months ago and have waited to review the property so that I could provide accurate information. This property is clean- always, other than a few leaves that drift into the entry way doorway area daily. The public areas are beautifully maintained with no litter or nastiness that I have encountered at other properties in downtown Cleveland.
