Currently living here and it’s No matienence man on site , all my work orders take a month or two for a response. the parking gate breaks every month. Also, Washer machine been broke for 2 months and now I have to pay to was my laundry. Trash is always overflown. If there was a maintenance team on site this building would be much better. Great neighbors , great gym.
I’ve lived at Marshall Place for 2 years now and have absolutely loved it. My spacious, corner apartment is made up of almost floor to ceiling windows with an unreal view of Lake Erie, the Browns Stadium, and the Flats (which also allows for amazing views of sunsets and storms over the lake)! The management and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive, which has made my experience living here exceptional. Would highly recommend Marshall Place!
Perfect apartment !! I recently moved in because my friend live here. I love this apartment and the views. It’s quiet and the new owners have recently update the building and the apartments. Great location to everything in Cleveland. My friend rents a Pent house unit which has a private roof top deck with views of the city/lake. Will definitely be asking to renew in a Pent house apartment once available. 5 stars!
I leased at Marshall Place for a year in 2020 and only moved out to buy a place right down the street. I loved the location - right in the heart of activity but still has a homey feel to the neighborhood. The building has some charm to it and while some of the apartments are nicer than others they are all very affordable compared to others I looked at in the neighborhood and around downtown Cleveland.
