Our second time coming for a prosthetic leg and had a wonderful experience once again. Thankful for the staff. Patricia, Ashley, Allison! Our first time here we met with Rob, we were scared and new to the amputee world and they made us feel so comfortable. They explained everything and made what seemed impossible possible again. We flew in from outside the USA to get a new socket + knee for my dad who has been an ATK amputee since 2015. From the beginning, the Martin Bionics Austin team was super helpful giving us solutions and working with us to find the right combo for my father. I am a patient of Austin Martin Bionics (MB) and have been for about five years and they’re great! Being a 77 year old man with bilateral below the knee amputations, their prosthetics allow me to remain incredibly active - playing golf, daily walks, maintaining my yard, and more! Ashley Ramirez is my prosthesis there and she and her staff are caring people doing professionals work helping amputees with their prosthetic needs. I always enjoy my patinet experience with this lovely team of professionals. Patrica and Allison at the front desk work hard to make everyone welcome and comfortable and the prosthetic team does wonders in the background. My team of Leo and Chase are the best at giving me my mobility back to do everything I want to do without limits.
