I had 3 pairs of khaki pants that I dropped off at the Saltillo location that had been cleaned here before without incident. This particular order they had blue all over the outside of my pants. They failed to mention this at pick up, but I discovered it when I got home.. I went up the next day and brought them back and gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. I took my blazer there in September 2025, to be altered and cleaned for my mom’s birthday celebration. I went to pick it up and was told they could not find it. I received a call on today, January 16, 2026, informing me that they found my blazer. Before today there had been zero contact from them. I was told that they are now under new management and that they were going to charge me full price. I was very discouraged and disappointed in the decision made. I trusted this cleaners with my jacket, and they lost it. What makes this worse is that they refused to compensate me for the loss. There was no accountability, no sense of urgency, and no effort to make things right. Losing a customer’s property and offering nothing in return is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
This company lost, misplaced (or possibly stole) clothing and took no responsibility for it. Customer service was poor, unhelpful, and dismissive, and was offered no accountability or compensation for the missing item. Trusting a cleaning company with personal belongings shouldn’t result in this kind of experience. I would not recommend them.
worst place I've ever been. owner is awful too. dropped off my mom's skirt for cleaning and alterations. told to pick up the next day at 4 pm. showed up just before 5 and no one knew where the skirt was. got told it's at the other location. we are not responsible for driving all over Tupelo to multiple locations. they refused to bring it to the drop off location. so I go to the other location and they refused to go look for it until after closing, which by this time was still over an hour away.
