I honestly don’t understand how this place has a five-star rating. I’ve tried coming here twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. My first visit was to have my father-in-law’s military uniform cleaned so he could be buried in it. Given the circumstances, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and compassion. They ruined my first wool suit, put a pin through the front of the vest, and did not properly dry my pea coat. The suit jacket liner was washed improperly and somehow got wet, now it is bunched up and causing horrific unfixable bubbling and wrinkling in the front. The customer service was also terrible at the front counter when I asked about these problems they told me nothing could be done. I recommend this cleaners. They have a tailor on-site. I showed up before 12pm and they were able to rush my order. I had a skirt tapered. Despite having a lot of tailoring orders, they fixed my skirt quickly. Just in enough time to make it to a funeral. Friendly staff, great customer service, I was a little worried after reading some reviews but they were amazing and not expensive at all. I paid only $16 to get my peacoat cleaned. And boy does it look good, probably better looking then when I bought it. Highly recommended and will definitely be back
