Have had no problems for 30 + years. Dropped off a king size down comforter and picked up a comforter that was obviously not mine, not even the correct size. I immediately brought back this comforter. The young lady was amazing and tried to help me. Told me to reach out to the owner. Took me 2+ weeks to reach the owner after leaving multiple voice messages. His response is that the comforter he gave me is the one I dropped off and he will do nothing to fix the problem. So... Expensive… 4 suit jackets were just shy of a Grant. Everything seems to be well done. I think a discount program for returning metal hangers would be great promotional tool.

I purchased a wedding dress I needed it to be ready for a wedding in three days. This company took it in, cleaned it beautifully wrapped it nicely and had it prepared for me hours before the expected time. This is the third time I’ve used them and I will continue to use them for any dry cleaning needs and encourage anyone else to do the same.

We have been loyal customers of Martinizing Cleaners for several years, but will be not returning. Over a month ago they lost an item we had dropped of to be cleaned. We were told they’d call their other location and call us. We never received a phone call. My husband went in person and inquired again about our missing clothing. The manager basically accused us of already picking it up. In the end he said he’d call his supervisor and call us. We never received a phone call!
