We took a double sleeping bag that was zipped together. My wife went to pick it up and they only gave her half of it. I went in the next morning to get the other half and told the lady we only got half and she said she didn’t know if they had it. She acted annoyed about it. I’ll never go back there. She did get us the other half but was rude about it. They did a good job of cleaning it though.
I brought in two items that had stains on them and I pointed out the stains on each article of clothing. The female checking me in said that they would take care of them. When I received the clothing back the stain were still present.
They are always friendly and get stuff done when they say they’re going to. I have never had to return an item because it wasn’t clean correctly or folded correctly.
Very fast, quality work. Staff was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Prices were great!
I brought in this purse approximately 24 inches by 24 inches it had become somewhat dingy not as bright as it was when it was new it's the first time it had ever been cleaned. I've been a customer for probably 40 years and this is the very first time that I've ever thought that your pricing was very high! I was charged $20 even for the cleaning of this purse. I was quite shocked that the price was that high the cleaning job was excellent the first looks like new and we're very pleased with that my only issue was the price!
