I brought in two items that had stains on them and I pointed out the stains on each article of clothing. The female checking me in said that they would take care of them. When I received the clothing back the stain were still present.

I brought in this purse approximately 24 inches by 24 inches it had become somewhat dingy not as bright as it was when it was new it's the first time it had ever been cleaned. I've been a customer for probably 40 years and this is the very first time that I've ever thought that your pricing was very high! I was charged $20 even for the cleaning of this purse. I was quite shocked that the price was that high the cleaning job was excellent the first looks like new and we're very pleased with that my only issue was the price!

Possibly the worst customer service in town. The first time I went there, they misplaced one of my suits (though they did find it later that week), which should have been my first red flag. But I kept coming back. No major issues…just grumpy employees. Fine, whatever. Last Tuesday, I dropped off another suit. Slip said pick it up Wednesday, the person said “Maybe Thursday, just to be safe.” I didn’t need it until the weekend, so I waited until Friday. They are always friendly and get stuff done when they say they’re going to. I have never had to return an item because it wasn’t clean correctly or folded correctly.
