Have had no problems for 30 + years. Dropped off a king size down comforter and picked up a comforter that was obviously not mine, not even the correct size. I immediately brought back this comforter. The young lady was amazing and tried to help me. Told me to reach out to the owner. Took me 2+ weeks to reach the owner after leaving multiple voice messages. His response is that the comforter he gave me is the one I dropped off and he will do nothing to fix the problem. So... Would not let me review w/o one star. :( ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!! Took my (deceased) family VETERANS uniform here to be cleaned, that was returned without the honor ribbons and had several other buttons and metals missing!!!! I was told when I dropped it off, that I didn’t need to remove anything, as I specifically asked. I purchased a wedding dress I needed it to be ready for a wedding in three days. This company took it in, cleaned it beautifully wrapped it nicely and had it prepared for me hours before the expected time. This is the third time I’ve used them and I will continue to use them for any dry cleaning needs and encourage anyone else to do the same.
Expensive… 4 suit jackets were just shy of a Grant. Everything seems to be well done. I think a discount program for returning metal hangers would be great promotional tool.
