Took a pant suit in and three buttons were lost. They found two. I’m not upset about that but no one called me so I made an unneeded trip there to pick it up. Didn’t hear back after that so I called to follow-up days later and the person was making excuses why I haven’t heard anything. I asked them to just sew on the buttons they had so I could pick it up. They didn’t charge for the sewing. The person behind the counter was nice. I’m upset about the sheer lack of communication.
I had a pair of jeans that needed hemming and decided to take them to Besa cleaners inside of Martinizing because it was walking distance from my house, it was a very simple job and thought it was going to be far less than the fancy tailor I use 3 miles down the road. I was quoted $52 for an original hem $35 for a simple hem at Besa so I took my pants down the road and paid $20 for an original hem! Always great service from the team at the Martinizing Bloomfield Hills location. Courteous staff…clothes cleaned well…and always ready when promised! I actually walked by to get my coffee the other day and when I entered the store my clothes were on the counter for pickup! Great service! 100% recommend!
I have been going to the location in Sylvan Lake for years. They recently closed and I wanted to continue to support. I had 4 sweaters cleaned at the Maple location and they all came back shrunken. 3 cashmere sweaters and 1 wool totaling over $400. I took them back to show them since one sweater was shrunken so bad that it would probably fit a 2 year old! These were my husbands sweaters. We drive across town for this place. Great spot to take your items for alterations. Highly recommend. Besa and her team did such a great job, my wife loved her present. Can't thank you enough.
