I have always previously used a different dry cleaner. I recently needed something washed, starch, and pressed. My old dry cleaner, no longer did the service so I went to Martinizing cleaner. They were great! Everybody that I saw at the counter was really nice and helpful. My clothing was done on time and quickly. And everything looked great! I’m so glad I don’t need to starch and iron my things at home.I will definitely make this my new dry cleaning/laundry location.
I’ve been using Martinizing dry cleaning for many years in Boise. Obviously the basic expectation is for great quality laundering. You get that with Martinizing and likely with most of their competition. However, this company deserves some extra kudos just for the way they handle their customers. II always have good experiences at martinizing. I’m always greeted with the kindest people who pay attention to details. They always go above and beyond and anytime I’ve had a garment come back not fully cleaned (which is rare) they are quick to correct it. Great customer service and pricing makes martinizing my #1 choice in the valley.
