Hello, I have never written a bad review before but this place will be the first ever. They sadly ruined my sisters clothes worth over thousands of dollars and refused to do anything about it. My sister came in to notify the owner that her clothes were ruined but he did not take accountability but blamed her and even insisted that it was ruined by the way she dressed her shirts. Clothes got ruined but don’t take accountability, horrible customer service
After using this Martinizing store for more than a decade, they ruined three jackets I brought them in May. After initially agreeing to reimburse me, they are now denying any accountability for the damaged clothes and refuse to reimburse. I filed complaints with the BBB and Martinizing corporate, and I would avoid using this store at all costs.
