Horrible customer service Pearl is the worst manager. She was suppose to call me for 3 weeks regarding my 400 dollar pair of boots that I had drycleaned (for which i paid 46 dollars!!!) Horrible customer service!!! I took my recently bought designer coat to get cleaned and in return, my coat wasn't cleaned and my designer buttons were cracked.
