0 star performance, went to pick up my items after being dry cleaned and my items we damaged upon arrival. Not only were they damaged but were also missing items. After all this they still made me pay for cleaning After being told I wouldn't have to after working with a different employee on my initial visit. Horrendus communication, complete lack of accountability and awful customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Genny is absolutely amazing! Kind and friendly even though I left things in my pockets. Quick work and great cleaning of even some tough spots! Keeps my suit coats fresh and clean! Go here every year and the service never disappoints!

Brought in 2 brand new white dress shirts to be pressed and starched with creased arms. I also brought in 3 pairs of pants that needed to be pressed only. I was charged a whopping $45. The shirts were hardly even ironed?? Look at the pics. Many wrinkles and small creases in random spots and no creases down arms!! Now I will have to iron them myself to get them correct. Why the hell did I pay them if I have to do it myself anyway!!!

I enjoy going to this place. They are efficient with knowing who I am and my account, timely with service, and the front desk employee is super personable. Outside of those points, I have also left something in my pocket several times and they have found it and attached it to the hanger and their dry cleaning has been great for when I have to suit up for DC trips in front of “VIP’s”.

Took in a white rather expensive dress jacket with stains….excellent job cleaning it! Wish I knew gals name working the counter…both at drop off and pick up she was so pleasant, polite, friendly. She is definitely an employee doing a great job!
