Update on August 7, 2025 Finally I was contacted by the business owner who took over the case from the Mequon branch manager. Still not completely resolved but significant progresses in the resolution hence my assessment from 1 to 3 stars. After seven years of satisfaction, I must say that since the business was took over by Gunderson Cleaners (Appleton, WI) it is a complete disappointment. Garments were returned in excellent condition, but not all of the items were ready as expected. One item in the same ticket was still out for cleaning and weren’t sure when it would be back even though it was scheduled to be back with the rest of the ticket. The staff member was apologetic and informative. Would definitely still use again but might call first to make sure all items were there so I don’t have to make a second trip.
I was very happy with my clothes that they cleaned. They were perfect. I will definitely be a return customer. A little pricey though. Two womens suits for $54.00.
Staff always give great service. Dress shirt and comforter cleaned perfectly and handled with care. Sadly however the cost to clean the comforter was expensive. With TJMax & Home Goods available I can next time get a new comforter rather then dry clean the old one
