Update on August 7, 2025 Finally I was contacted by the business owner who took over the case from the Mequon branch manager. Still not completely resolved but significant progresses in the resolution hence my assessment from 1 to 3 stars. After seven years of satisfaction, I must say that since the business was took over by Gunderson Cleaners (Appleton, WI) it is a complete disappointment. Prices were way too high They charged me $15.79 for a dress shirt I was I would have to signed for the higher price because of the material. I never signed anything.
So much more expensive than A-1. Will go back to A-1. Jesus, I almost left my jacket there when they gave me the total and it’s not even all the way clean 😔.
Excellent repair work done on my son's coat! And I paid a very reasonable price.
Overall great experience! I am there weekly for dry cleaning, and my clothing always very well pressed and cleaned. Awesome customer service and friendly team.
