Lower score mainly for the price and how the process lacks transparency. I dropped off 6 items, received a ticket with only that fact on it. No prices. I worked at a dry cleaners for many years, we always provided the customer with an itemized list before they left, to avoid this very shocking situation at pickup. A price list was not available on the website, and when I called they seemed reluctant to devulge the information. I wish I had done this price searching before I dropped off. Reviewing only the tailor services. Took in four pairs of pants for hemming—simple fabric and style. All of them came back random lengths (28” was specified). One had a 30” leg and a 31.5” leg. Only one pair was accurate. I was leaving for vacation so I could not take them back in. This is not acceptable. Take your tailoring elsewhere.
This place is very expensive. Took a pair of pants in to get a simple clip attached and they charged me $43. The place smelled of cigarette smoke. Won’t be going back there again.
Great cleaning service. But the person helping me lied to still get my business. I paid for a rush order that wasn’t coming back the same day and I didn’t receive it the day after because at 2pm no one was there in the store for me to pick up the clothes nor did anyone answer the phone or return my call from the message I left.
