My first time using outside of military dry cleaners. I miss my military discount and using my Star card. However, the job you do is awesome. My pants were sharp looking. Turn around time is really great. Keep up the good work. Compared to other dry cleaners I really appreciate your customer service and transparency. I hope you bring back pick up and delivery. You are a solid 4+ stars. Bring back the ability to use my Star Card and you will get the 5 Star rating.

I’m a first time customer. I have reasons to give 4 stars but I am going to say that I AM satisfied with this service. The shirts I sent, to test the quality, were selected from my favorite items and they came back in pristine shape. That being said, the app didn’t work and I had to reach out about my items in the locker. I was told I would get a cool blue bag but they just tagged my bag, that I had lying around, and returned it. Can’t say enough good things about Carla-she is so welcoming and took time to remember me each time I enter shop! Really appreciate it. Usually awesome place but back in July I had 4 dress shirts lost and have not been able to get this resolved with no response. That was a significant dollar loss on my end.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed a 4 item dry cleaning order, thinking 2 weeks would be ample time to prepare for a wedding. It was supposed to be ready last week. Too bad the store is closed 5 days a week, and on the rare occasion it’s open, they close long before the stated hours. Customer service also doesn’t respond to calls or texts. Will never be using this service again, and I suggest you don’t either. Save your time and energy.

Suit came out good after they rushed to get it done a day later than i said i needed it. I had to drive all the way to Huntsville to pick it up. They were nice but it was a big inconvenience and wasn't offered anything for it. They did mention, the owner had an emergency which I feel bad for but they hadn't even started it 3 days after drop off and a day after they told me it would be ready. I can't say the cleaner had an emergency so I don't have a suit.
