Absolutely appalling service. I placed a 4 item dry cleaning order, thinking 2 weeks would be ample time to prepare for a wedding. It was supposed to be ready last week. Too bad the store is closed 5 days a week, and on the rare occasion it’s open, they close long before the stated hours. Customer service also doesn’t respond to calls or texts. Will never be using this service again, and I suggest you don’t either. Save your time and energy.

Disappointed. Used them twice and both times clothing was returned with burn marks sustained during the cleaning process (husband’s white button down), or returned with stains that could have been easily cleaned but no attempt to remove them. I used a damp cloth and removed them after the fact. It’s disappointing because they are so convenient to my home and I want to support my neighborhood business, but cannot in this case.

I have only been to this location once to get my comfoter cleaned. When I returned to pick it up the store had a very strong smell of Marijuana. I'm fine with people smoking, I just don't want my bedroom to smell like Grateful Dead concert. Safe to say I will not be returning. I tried to call the number in their response. No answer and no answering machine was set up.

I’m a first time customer. I have reasons to give 4 stars but I am going to say that I AM satisfied with this service. The shirts I sent, to test the quality, were selected from my favorite items and they came back in pristine shape. That being said, the app didn’t work and I had to reach out about my items in the locker. I was told I would get a cool blue bag but they just tagged my bag, that I had lying around, and returned it. Do not recommend these cleaners ever. They are closed during posted hours and have no easy way to reach someone for help. I dropped off clothes a week in advance of a wedding and they were closed during the scheduled pickup time, and the next day when I went to pick them up.
