Drop off easy peasy. Trying to pick up at 3pm on a Tuesday when ticket says 5. Short dark haired lady had awful customer service said your ticket says 5. Yes but at drop off we were told if needed sooner just call so we tried instead of her checking she said come back. Regardless we are just trying to head out of town. Finally at p/u she said she wanted to silence the bell. Hopefully its a bad day for her because I don't see how that's normal behavior and they let her work with public.
It's such a pleasure doing business with this company they are always on time and the clothes are always smell wonderful and fresh
The manager Kelsie got to the bottom of the problem. Penny is no longer at that location and kelsie gave half the money back and they now have new scales in there. Thank you
I wasn't too happy with the work, my jacket got lints I expected better.
