They don’t keep the hours they post on the door and fail to post alternate hours both online and on the door (makes it hard to have faith in the business to provide this service. When we picked up the tie, the press was incorrectly used on the $50 tie leaving the back label impressed on the front of the tie. They must be unaware of proper press-techniques for nice ties … Doubt I’ll return … took 5 trips and giving up for a week before we could ransom the tie from being held hostage
