Says they are open on Saturdays. I tried calling but the mailbox was full. Drove down here to pickup my clothes and it's closed. The note on the door says to call the owner for pickup but they didn't answer. Several customers had handwritten notes left on the door saying they were trying to pickup their clothes. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely regret using this place. Uniform shirts came back worse than when I sent them, very much regret not looking at them before I paid because I definitely would not have paid for them. Thankfully I only dropped off two and not all of them.

We used the wash and fold service a while ago, and it has been a disaster. They lost several items of clothing, and recently my husband walked by and noticed our clothes hanging on a rack. The store is closed and no one answers the phone.

Came to drop off shirts to be pressed on a Monday, and the sign says " Closed, Come Back. Strangely, all the cleaned clothes that are usually hanging in the back, are taking up the entire lobby space. Neither number given will answer. Editing my review to add this AI generated reply with a phone number that takes you to a full voicemail box.

I don't want to leave a bad review but I've been trying to get in touch with someone in the store but it has been closed for some time now. I dropped off an expensive down comforter with a pickup date of 7/29. I've been stopping by the store and calling frequently over the past week but no one has picked up the phone and the store has been closed. Could someone please contact me so I can pickup my comforter? Doesn't matter if it isn't clean. I'd just like it back.
