First of all, I had a huge order, 4 black wool coats, one new coat needing pressed, & 16 men’s dress shirts. I was using one coupon for the dry cleaning & one for the shirts. I was told I could only use one, which I had never experienced with the previous owner. So, I would have to come back another day to use the second coupon, or use my husband’s name for the second coupon, which I did. But, our address was the same, which I was told would kick it out.
