We have been going to this location for years. Never before experienced anything negative. Unfortunately with the new management, we’ve had our clothes not dry cleaned, but washed. The cost is way higher than the previous managements, but the service is bad. We dropped off our down comforter for dry cleaning, it was given back to us dirty, with the stains still on. Also my wool sweater was washed, not dry cleaned. My husband’s $2000 designer suit was washed and shrunk. Please don’t let these people destroy your clothes..
I had three suits dry cleaned and it was a very professional and punctual service. One suit had a minor imperfection after the dry cleaning and they even offered to remove it free of charge when I brought it in a second time. I initially brought my suits to this store due to the high ratings I researched online beforehand and the reviews are definitely accurate. Would highly recommend.
Dropped off two sets of suits and pants for dry cleaning. Both set of clothing were ready in three days as promised. Clothing are cleaned without any concern or issues. Staffs are polite and courteous. I've been using this store for years as I live nearby and will continue to use them and had recommended this business to many of my friends and relatives.

Took my daughter’s wedding dress in to get cleaned and persevered and was super happy with the outcome. Communication was excellent. I was asked if I was in a hurry to get it done and I said no. Two months later, I was notified it was ready for pick up. I will not hesitate to use their services again.
