I took some 30 year old fabric here to see if they could whiten it for a wedding veil for my daughter and they did a beautiful job! Very resourceful and genuinely cared about my satisfaction with it. Do not hesitate to trust them for services…awesome people!
If I could officially give them 10 stars, I would. It's pure magic to walk into this establishment because it looks and smells so fresh and clean! I have a down comforter that I've been putting off having cleaned, but I took it to these guys and it was ready in just a few days. They even placed it in a fancy protective bag that I can continue to store it in during the off season. The staff is super friendly and seemed to really care about the item. So grateful and will be a forever customer. My dress (that I took to have alterations done at another place BEFORE I knew about Martinizing Cleaners) came back wrinkled beyond belief. I needed it for my engagement pictures the next day...I called at 7am that morning, took it to the store at 8am, and they had it finished by 11am. So helpful, fast, polite abd friendly. In addition to that...prices are SO reasonable!!
Brought on a 9x12 rug to wash. Initially, service person wasn't sure it would fit in large washer, so took it back to try. Said was a tight fit, may require a couple cycles to clean. Went with it to see what happens - came out a week later nice and fresh. Did a great job, have new favorite cleaner location!
I have been very happy with how my dry cleaning clothes have turned out. I go several times a week. I receive wonderful customer service, and everyone there is kind and friendly to chat with. I highly recommend Martinizing Cleaners!
