Love this place. They accidentally overcharged me for a hem but reached out to offer a refund or credit for a future trip. The hem was great. Then I got my jeans starched and accidentally left money in the pocket - they returned it to me AND did a great job with the starch!! Highly recommend!
I must say, I was nervous about having my delicate new, intricate dress cleaned for my son's wedding. Other dry cleaners warned me there was a 50/50 chance it could be damaged—can you imagine? I had an expensive dress for my granddaughter’s wedding. We used sticky tape to hold the dresses in place. It was the wrong sticky tape. It did not come off the dress. Barely ripped off our skin. Some how they got it off on one side and mostly on the other side except for a small amount. It was barely sticky but the seamstress covered it and now it’s perfect. I cannot review the cleaning services, but I do not recommend alterations. I arrived a new customer and was excited to start doing business with a place so close to my house. I was told the seamstress would call me to discuss timing and price on a hem of a pair of martial arts pants. I got a notification about a week and a half later that my order was ready.
