They were the only dry cleaner in Cedar Park willing to do my custom draperies. They came out beautiful, and they carefully packaged them for me, including separating the drapery pins. They’re incredibly efficient! Turnaround times are fast, and everything is always ready when promised. The quality of the cleaning is great, and my clothes always come back looking fresh and well taken care of. What really stands out is how friendly and professional the staff is. Exceptional customer service and care of my garment. I needed a dress pressed in a day for a wedding. It had been alayered and was a bit wrinkled. Called the LH location. Gal said for same day service I needed to drop it off at the CP location and they could do it. So on my way to work I did. The guy offered to drop it back off at the LH location before 5pm. This place is new and it was my first time visiting. I brought in a velvet duvet that Jack Brown Cleaners never treated properly and charged me 2x as much AND it stank like chemicals! Martinizing took great pride and treated the duvet properly without chemicals and returned it in this neat plastic reusable bag! What a wonderful service and job!
