I took some 30 year old fabric here to see if they could whiten it for a wedding veil for my daughter and they did a beautiful job! Very resourceful and genuinely cared about my satisfaction with it. Do not hesitate to trust them for services…awesome people!
If I could officially give them 10 stars, I would. It's pure magic to walk into this establishment because it looks and smells so fresh and clean! I have a down comforter that I've been putting off having cleaned, but I took it to these guys and it was ready in just a few days. They even placed it in a fancy protective bag that I can continue to store it in during the off season. The staff is super friendly and seemed to really care about the item. Highly recommend this place! I purchased a secondhand Danielle Frankel wedding gown that needed major TLC. Wine stains, discoloration, oil, dirt, etc. Martinizing Cleaners was able to bring it back to life and make the gown look brand new. They were able to remove the stains and brighten the dress back to its original ivory color. Will happily drive across town to use their dry cleaning services. Quick turnaround time and my gown was handled with care. Zhane and his staff are incredible too.
So grateful and will be a forever customer. My dress (that I took to have alterations done at another place BEFORE I knew about Martinizing Cleaners) came back wrinkled beyond belief. I needed it for my engagement pictures the next day...I called at 7am that morning, took it to the store at 8am, and they had it finished by 11am. So helpful, fast, polite abd friendly. In addition to that...prices are SO reasonable!!
Amazing workmanship! On site dry cleaning! Spotless facility and met with great customer service at front counter with Sam! Had a terrible experience elsewhere…a ruined one time worn top! A legit dry cleaner GEM!! Thank you for removing a food stain on my expensive silk blouse!
