They cleaned my sweater with care and timeliness! They communicated well on any questions I have had about their services regarding Ugg and leather items.
Brought in two pair of jeans to be altered (shortened). I pinned up one of the legs to show the length I wanted. Over a week after they were to be finished and picked up, I got a call asking what length to shorten them by, either, 2” or to the length of the pinned leg……sort of dumbfounded, I again referred to the pinned leg as the correct length. Recently had my winter jacket cleaned and I couldn’t be happier with the process, service, follow up and the cleaning itself! They are wonderful to work with and my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner!
The sales person was very accommodating and even took the extra steps to satisfy my customer needs. Thank you!
I asked them to redo my old feather pillows. They did a good job at a reasonable price.
